IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

• Contribute to making the testing and development process more efficient.  
• Test websites and information systems.  
• Contribute to the further development of in-house testing methodologies and best practices, where appropriate.

OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU

• At least 3 year's experience as a Software Automation Tester.
• Previous experience in designing test strategies and writing automated tests.  
• Have completed ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent training.  
• The ability to provide timely and accurate software quality information.  
• Previous experience and knowledge of functional and non-functional testing.  
• Testing information systems according to specifications.  
• Ability to produce test reports.  
• Developing, documenting and communicating processes related to testing.

OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU

• At least 3 years of work experience as a Project Manager in software development or a similar field. 
• A bachelor's or master's degree (can also be acquired), preferably in the field of information technology.  
• Very good understanding of agile software development planning, development and management process.  
• Previous successful experience in managing and involving a department and/or project team.  
• Experience in project budget and schedule planning and management.  
• Ability to manage several projects and teams simultaneously.  
• The ability to plan your time and meet deadlines.  
• The will to lead a team and inspire people.  
• The ability to remain balanced in difficult situations.  
• Very good knowledge of Estonian and English, both spoken and written.   
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification; experience using Jira and Confluence.

OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU

• You have at least 5 years of experience working with the Angular framework.
• You are comfortable with software design patterns.
• You have previous experience working in an agile development environment.
• You are interested in independently solving complex technical tasks.
• You have experience with RxJS, Dependency Injection, and Reactive Forms.
