We gather data from different sources and databases into a unified data warehouse which makes all of that data easily accessible and enables making decisions in your daily work that are based on real data and their connections. A data warehouse helps to decrease information fragmentation and improve data usability within the whole organisation.

By using mainly Microsoft Power BI tools (though we are also flexible in using other solutions), we create user-friendly, automated and visually clear reporting environments that support quick and informed decision-making, thus helping conserve time and increasing work efficiency. 

We help organisations to efficiently implement artificial intelligence by providing support throughout the whole process. We analyse data usage to understand the available opportunities and the bottlenecks, we pre-process and clean data to ensure the quality and reliability of machine learning models. We pick an artificial intelligence model that meets the client’s needs, we train it for use by using actual processes, and we integrate the solution smoothly into existing systems. In addition to practical solutions, we also offer training sessions that help employees understand the principles of artificial intelligence and gain the skills necessary to be able to use AI-based solutions in their daily work.

We help you determine which metrics are necessary for making decisions and then evaluate whether there is enough quality data available to track those metrics and how they could be efficiently used. If there is not enough data or the data is not precise enough, then we will offer suitable methods for gathering and processing the necessary data. We create solutions that enable real-time data collection and analysis, thus also enabling the automation of reporting. This allows to quickly make data-based decisions, which helps to save time and decrease risks compared to the traditional reporting processes that can take weeks.

By using artificial intelligence, we helped Rimi Baltics to enhance the speed and simplicity of analysing feedback which helps them to quickly identify and react to any problem areas. This in turn helps ensure a good customer experience for Rimi’s customers.

We created a universal language model tailored to process inputs in five languages: Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Russian, and English. Following this, we devised a sophisticated classification algorithm, which sorted the incoming feedback into relevant categories. We then validated and trained the algorithm and helped to integrate it into Rimi Baltics' business processes. The necessary feedback now reaches the appropriate store and personnel promptly, while conserving approximately 1000 man-hours.

We helped make budgeting and reporting much easier than it had previously been, which enables the company to operatively react to market demands by managing their resources efficiently and optimising their processes.

By using Roibot Finance and Microsoft Power BI, we gathered data from different sources to visually display important production and financial indicators as well as budget forecasts and to keep track of the company’s various metrics.

To measure how the improvements made to the web platforms affect the usability and user experience of the website, we put together and set up metrics and created a concept for composing a usability dashboard.

We conducted user tests and a quantitative feedback survey to identify the platforms’ users’ habits, bottlenecks they came up against, and their expectations. We agreed on the metrics for the business needs, configured them in Piwik Pro and created KPI dashboards.
