In this role, you will:

• Contribute to the development of complex information systems, thereby improving the lives of nearly every Estonian - we never run out of challenges!
• Participate in sales support activities, such as estimating the scope of proposals.
• Gather requirements, map customer needs and improve business processes.
• Prepare technical tasks and use cases.
• Manage development projects from a substantive point of view to ensure that the software meets the customer's expectations and needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Thinking up business value solutions with the customer.
• Identify and document requirements.
• Propose solutions that are aligned with business objectives and technically feasible.
• Improve, in cooperation with other managers and specialists, the development processes of websites and information systems.

We expect you to have:

• At least 3 years' experience in IT project management.
• At least 2 years' experience as a business analyst.
• Ability to analyse problems, their root causes and explain them to the client.  
• Experience of working in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication skills and you are open-minded.  
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Very good command of Estonian and English.  
• The ability to manage multiple projects with different project teams.  
• Ability to work both alone and in a team.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Ability to remain balanced in difficult situations and take them as challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and you are open-minded.
• Good client relationship management and relationship building skills and knowledge.
• Ability to work both alone and as part of a team.
